Just because you are may be a decent mechanic doesn't make you a decent person- ................................ Yes I will go ahead and leave a bad review because after 3 years of being a truly loyal customer you have shown what an absolute unprofessional, rude and careless mechanic and individual you are. Tuesday Sept. 12th I clearly wrote you a text with a picture of my flat tire and rim to and asked you to PLEASE NOT scratch my rims, I had them installed 2 years ago and to this date I had no scratches on them, until you decided to ignore my text and perform a service you were not equipped to do. Thursday 14th, you call my car is ready and return my rim that you worked on, is not only scratched in 4 places but has actual damage where metal is gouged out and missing from what I can only presume is damage inflicted by the incorrect machine u used to change my tire. You should have been a professional and informed me that you didn't have the right tools to perform the job, instead you ruined my property and when I contacted you 3 times regarding this you dismissed my 2 texts by NEVER responding and when I called, you didn't let me get a word in and displayed the worst manners by being rude, speaking over me and dismissing my grievance about you damaging my property, even though I had warned you before you did the work. In the call after your rude display, you did offer to have it buffed out, I accepted by texting you and yet you never responded to make that happen. If you want a careless mechanic that won't own up to ruining your property and rudely dismisses your valid concerns, then Chips Auto is the place for you!
