IMO, Chiri's is one of those must visit places in Boulder. Whenever I see the trailer sitting pretty on Pearl Street my mouth starts to water. As soon as I saw the bright red truck I knew I would be feasting like a king. Their menu is small. The star of the show are the Nepalese dumplings, or momo. You can get chicken, beef, or vegan. 3 pieces for $5.99 or 6 pieces for $10.99. And these things are stuffed to the brim with filling! The best part of the dumplings for me is the sauce that tops the dumplings. You never really receive dumplings with sauce on top (no matter the ethnicity). Here you get an Indian curry sauce that is absolutely addictive and enhances the flavor by a mile. Ask for it spicy and they'll include a dab of chili oil. These are some of my favorite dumplings in all of Colorado!!! In a sea of restaurants on Boulder's main drag, Chiri's Momo Delight will forever be a favorite for me. read more
