Chris is AWESOME! He's one of the most genuine, knowledgeable, kind and caring people I've had the pleasure of working with in all of my experience with real estate. We sold a condo and bought a house with Chris. A mortgage broker referred us to him almost a year before our actual transactions, before we were ready to pull the trigger on buying, before we even knew where in Florida we wanted to live. He helped us navigate every step of both transactions, made us feel comfortable when we were stressed, and kept his word on everything he said. That's what makes Chris an outstanding real estate agent. He doesn't waiver from his word and does exactly what he says he'll do. He knows his stuff, responds quickly, works hard, and don't be fooled by the nice shoes... he's humble, trustworthy, and truly has your best interest in mind.
