This Chubby Cattle is one of the best in the franchise. I came here during the soft opening and my experience was exemplary in every regard. Our server and host Caleb was a huge part in making our night wonderful with his recommended choices, lighthearted banter, and expedient service. We decided to do an easy night and go with silver, and it actually was a lot more than we expected. the meat choices were not only tasty but definitely clear of other kbbq places in the vicinity. Our server Caleb helped prepare our dishes to the best way they could be served and was quick to help us order our favorites. We loved the short plate, that was pur favorite one. it's both savory and flavorful, and I do recommend using the house sauce as well. the side dishes were amazing as well. hand rolls, tartare, and the dumplings complemented the meaty flavor. Korean pickled radish and Kimchi helped slice through the fat of the meat. Amazing experience and service, I will be getting a membership most likely to come here more often. read more
