I came here for a friend daughter 's bday party. I hadn't been to Chuck E Cheese in a number of years, so I wasn't sure what to expect. Lots has changed. Since it was a Saturday afternoon, it was crowded, obviously. The parking lot is weird but didn't have an issue parking. Upon entering, I never really was assisted ... just standing there looking dumb. I had to tell them I was here for a bday party. Would have been nice to be acknowledged.... It is very bright inside. The party area is a little on the tight side. During the entire time of the party , I felt like I was always in the way. Lol. I wasn't the only one who felt this way. The staff is young. They did okay but definitely room for improvement. Most were lazy in their demeanor. Pizza wasn't the best but the kids enjoyed it. That's all that matters. Chuck E Cheese will come out and sing happy birthday and do some dances . It's definitely a highlight for the kids. Three stars is far. Bring back the clunky figures on stage that traumatized us all as kids! Lol read more
