We were staying at the Hotel Villa Real. We wanted something walking distance. We checked Yelp and saw that China was nearby. The photos looked good, so we gave it a go. The place was packed, and we didn't have a reservation. Luckily, three spots opened at the bar, so we took it. The bartender was very friendly and helpful.
Their specialty is ramen, but their bao buns are also popular. We ordered the Korean Chicken Bao, Pork Belly Bao, D.I.Y. Ebi Chili Taco, dumplings for our son, and the Tonkotsu Ramen. Everything was fire. I would reorder each item. The bartender also recommended the Tiger Prawn Bao, but we were too stuffed. The bartender is next to the kitchen so we got a look at one as it was coming out and it looked good. Our son loved the dumpling. He scarfed down two orders.
When in Madrid definitely check this spot out. If you can get a reservation to be on the safe side. read more
