The "Entrecote" was cooked, exactly how I ordered it, medium-rare. It arrived on a bed of sauteed mushrooms, carrots, some zucchini, and caramelized onions. The thinly sliced and fried yams (sweet potato chips) were a pleasant surprise and really went well with the "au jus" (brown sauce). The tasty bearnaise seemed at first a bit lost, next to the brown sauce, but went really well with the salt-roasted potatoes. As Swedish customers are a bit too "lagom" for taste, and 90 percent of the customers seemed to be Swedish, you may have to add some excellent sea salt & pepper that awaits you at the table. Even though on the tourist-mile in Simrishamn and therefore a bit pricier, every Kroner was worth it. I hope to come back here. read more
