We recently needed to replace our old deck due to some rotting supports underneath our deck boards. We called a few companies for quotes and some of them looked at our house and judged what we could afford and threw out outrageous numbers. This was not the case with Gary at Cinci decks. He was very polite and took his time looking at what we had currently installed. He made suggestions as to possibly saving and reusing materials to cut down our costs. In the end, he rebuilt the entire decking system from the ground up, removing unnecessary posts. We replaced everything with Trex decking and new railings, including a new under deck roofing and drainage system. He even went so far as to repair our paver patio under the deck after removing the unnecessary posts. He showed up when he said he would and was always courteous and helpful.
