Cinghiale has always been on my list of places I wanted to try in Baltimore, but I just never got around to coming for some reason. I came to Cinghiale for restaurant week this year with one of my friends, and it was amazing! Lived up to all of the hype. For $40, we got a three course meal. The polenta was phenomenal, it was crispy on the outside and soft and so creamy on the inside. It was probably the highlight for me. The bronzino was also good. I really enjoyed the crispy skin on the fish, and the corn polenta added a nice sweetness that balanced out the dish. The hazelnut rosemary torte was beautiful, but not to my personal taste (but my friend really liked it). The cake had really nice spices in it (just not my cup of tea haha).
