They were prompt and very professional asked if i preferred English or Spanish which being born in Miami I'm from Cuban parents but i prefer to speak English so i liked they just didn't assume. The place was especially clean and well maintained. They also made me feel very comfortable through out the procedure explaining everything before,during and after.
