But curiously, there are only three in Connecticut, with one downstate in Fairfield and two in the Bloomfield-Windsor area! I used to work in Windsor, near the Day Hill Road exit #38 off of I-91. I used to get gas at the Mobil station across the street from the Buffalo Wild Wings-Price Chopper plaza near my office. For a long time, the convenience store attached to the gas station was operated by the "On the Run" corporation, but that was taken over by Circle K a few years ago. It seemed pretty well stocked and was neat and organized when I popped in today for a pack of gum. It has all of the things you stop at a convenience store for; that's for sure. The only downside about stopping here is that the parking situation is still pretty sketchy. There really aren't a lot of spaces available. read more
