Our hotel was walking distance to most of the landmarks in downtown Seattle. Ironically we did not get a chance to see the nearby neighborhood businesses next to the hotel. After a long day of exploring, an establishment with an inviting lit up spacious patio caught our eye. We decided to check them out.
We arrived to Citizen Collective on a Sunday night for cocktails. The cafe is located in a nice area in the Queen Anne neighborhood in downtown Seattle. Parking is accessible on the street.
The cafe is apparently known for their brunch, coffee, and cocktails in a cozy chill environment. There is an outdoor beer garden with plenty of sitting areas, yard games, and multiple fire pits. A small homely room with plenty of board games is available for kids as well.
We ordered a Chardonnay and a Fever Dream cocktail. Our drinks were refreshing and crisp. They definitely hit the spot after a long day of walking. We had our drinks by the large fire pit which was a great way to unwind.
Overall we enjoyed our experience at Citizen Collective. The bartender was friendly and attentive. The s'more's option is a nice touch. The vibe was relaxing and welcoming. Unfortunately we did not see the inside of the cafe where the brunch is served. We hope to be back when we are in town to try the food. read more
