On a last minute couch purchase, I finally found the perfect couch for my house...problem number 1: couch was used and abused. I couldn't tell if it was dog hair, cat hair, raccoon hair, hair of mung, blah blah , and the stains? Don't start. (Pics posted). John and his wife came by and whipped that couch into shape faster than you can say "botenstatenontheflipside". (Yup, Chevy Chase reference). Seriously, these guys don't play around. Got dog hair? Check Got cat hair? Check Got piss stains? Check Got smells? Check Got a bad attitude? Check! On a technical note, these guys bust it out. This is not a simple company that comes out and runs a rental shampoo/vac a couple times across your furniture and say "F you, pay me", these folks are seriously hands-on ballistic! I am a veteran and know what a "field day" clean up is. These guys were so adamant about doing a straight bang up job, before they were done with my couch, I asked if they could go ahead and clean my carpet, which they did quickly, very efficiently and with great results. I am not one to just throw off a great review all the time; these guys deserve it 100%. John and his wife are an incredible team. They do flawless work that doesn't need to be micro-managed. Walk away and have a mimosa and come back to view your furnishings in pristine shape!
