Katzkin Buyers Beware I never want to leave bad reviews however, I have never been so disappointed of the quality of an install in my life. Let me say Katzkin needs to rethink ever using Classic Auto Restyling in Abilene. Katzkin quality is awesome. Classic's install was PATHETIC at best. I have a single cab pickup which usually takes between 2-5 hours at a reputable installer. They kept my truck for FIVE days. Stripped bolts, gouged plastic trim pieces, missing clips, mismatched screws, incorrect installation in multiple places, zip ties and wire trying to hold pieces together, shorted out seat control module, blown fuses, horrible, horrible, horrible. They had my truck over the weekend, so THREE business days to make everything right and correct the wrongs. DID NOT happen. I filed a formal complaint with Katzkin and refused to let Classic Auto Restyling to ever touch my truck again. It cost me over $150.00 additional (just in parts) out of my own pocket on top of the $1700.00 original cost to replace the broken, gouged and stripped parts. I had Shane Wilson in Lampasas repair the damage and he was phenomenal!!!!!!! If you want Katzkin seat covers, request Shane Wilson in Lampasas.
