I bought a full highlight on groupon, and paid an additional $102 to add low lights. My hair looks like it was never touched! I contacted her to let her know how unhappy I was and it doesn't look like I spent $200 to high & low light my hair and I needed it fixed. Her response...I fulfilled my Groupon obligation. She will not do anything to fix it, I told her while I was there that it wasn't done properly and she said it was just poor lighting in her salon!!! Worst service! First and last time I will go to such a horrible place! I will post pictures of my hair to show everyone she did it fulfill her obligation!! I'm reporting to Groupon, better business bureau, and Paypal. Don't let her steal your money too! Stay clear of this place!! read more
