Horrible service at the Spring location. I had two identical cardigans returned with huge holes in them in the same location. I brought them back for discussion and employee at that time said they would have the manager call me. A week goes by with no call so I go back in. They say they reviewed their cameras and didn't see an issue so it must have been damaged on the way in. The gray sweater had holes in it over an inch wide and both sweaters are torn in the same place. I told them I had photos wearing the sweater earlier that week which did not show holes. They offered to give me credit for the cleaning of the two sweaters. Given they are expensive sweaters I did not feel that was appropriate and asked for at least a refund on my entire order. I was told that needs a managers approval So again they said a manager would call me. Nothing again. I went back in and their answer this time was that they noticed the damage so they didn't even clean the sweaters. Nice try, since you already said you reviewed the cameras cleaning them the time before.... I asked for contact info for the manager and they declined to give. For such an expensive cleaner they do not take care of your clothes and have horrible customer service. I will never use any of their locations again read more
