DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. We hired them to fix a copier back in March, they sent out a technician and quoted us $450 for the diagnosis and $300 for a parts replacement. Then their technician quit, and for months Clear Choice tried to get us to pay a $75 "travel fee" for a technician to come install the $300 part that we already paid for. Months go by and Clear Choice finally contracts with a technician, who came and told us the truth, which is, the part did not need to be replaced. He printed out a report showing that the part only had a 4% usage rate, meaning it had plenty of life left. Clear Choice ended up refunding the money for the part, but then a month later, tried to charge us AGAIN for the initial (fake) diagnosis. Terrible, terrible. They are not local, and they contract with technicians that are not part of their company. Use this company if you want to get fed lies, waste months of time. They are not Better Business Bureau accredited, otherwise I would have reported them there too. read more
