With cost of PG&E continuing to to go up, we decided to be pro active in making our home more energy efficient by adding insulation underneath the floor. Our home had no insulation underneath. I went on Yelp and clear efficiency contacted me. We made an appointment and spoke with Breyen who checked the house and measured. We decided to insulate the bottom of the floor and the garage ceiling that had no insulation.The very next day we had a quote and scheduled a day to have the work done. We decided that insulation was needed in the garage because it really get hot in the summer which possibly makes the freezer work harder. We also decided to put in a solar powered fan in the attic, I pray it keeps the house cooler. The insulation was installed by Micheal and Jose. The solar attic fan was installed by Yocnin and Venie. All the installers were friendly professional and made sure everything was left in clean and excellent condition. They did such a good job we decided to look into replacing some windows. Breyen said that the windows went above what is required and they reduced outside noise we thought we would replace some windows in the family room and master bedroom. I have to say there is a noticeable difference the windows keep the cool temperature out and it has reduced the noise from the barking dog Nextdoor. The installers were Victor and Dennis, again they were friendly professional and did an amazing job. One of the other perks is the windows are made in USA California. The windows were pricy but I guess you get what you pay for. I can sit next to the window and I am very comfortable. We definitely recommend clear efficiency, we will be replacing more windows soon and it will definitely be with Clear Efficiency. read more
