So disappointing. It wasn't just the damage to my windshield that was shocking, but the owner Hanks response was so graceless. It was as if it were no big deal. As if the broken windshield on my Mustang didn't matter. We decided my tint should be removed as I was unhappy with the work. Uneven lines at the top tip of driver's side windows, very sloppy soapy water throughout the interior. Soap stain damages present on my black dash and trim. They couldn't assure me with an appointment timeframe for replacement. He did hand me a contract for the repair that was worded to his benefit. Going here was a huge, regrettable decision. They DO NOT treat your car like their own. That's a catchphrase unfortunately. Will post update. read more
