A dainty dessert gem hidden in the little streets of Brighton with a colourful entrance and a lovely smile from the pretty American girl ! I was walking around with family as they tried to find a pub when we came across Cloud 9 which stood out with its pink painted wall. The cupcakes and cakes are nicely presented on the counter and each one looks more tempting than the other. There's a range from chocolate to gluten free cupcakes. I had a sample of the Chocolate cake and it was heavenly ... I was on Cloud 9 (Ha-ha!) I had their Mint Chocolate Ice Cream and a black coffee. Don't judge me... I was tired and it was hot. We were sat at the pub next door and wanted to take the cups with us expecting a NO but the lady was really nice and said we could as long as we brought it back which we did. The sitting area is quite small with only two good sized table which were packed with people anyway. People who saw the shop walked in and seemed to like it. A new spot in Brighton? Heck Ya! read more
