Reception area and receptionist are very inviting.
My first float I was taken to the room and given a careful "walk through of the float area with all instructions .
I was made to feel very comfortable and asked if I had any questions or concerns before left alone.
Very clean and relaxing atmosphere.
Everything needed to shower before and after are provided. They even care enough to purchase Dove products.
