I was sooo exited for my Wake Up pedicure with gel polish appointment today but unfortunately today wasn't the day! Had an appt for 10:15am. Was told my person was almost done. At 10:30 I was placed at a pedi chair and it wasn't until 10:50 until my service started, over a half hour later than scheduled. I swapped the service to a quick polish change and asked for a quick pumice clean up. Honestly May was a dream and took such great care and paid close attention to detail while working swiftly. Timing-wise, the polish change was finished when I anticipated to complete a full pedi service so the delay didn't impact the rest of my day. Will definitely give them another try when I have more time and will want a full pedi from May in the future! While I was waiting, someone across the room exclaimed "best pedicure ever," so very excited to try again another time. Also looking forward to a cocktail on a future visit. read more
