Paid $22 for a premium car wash and my car is still dirty. If you have any kind of roof rack bolted down or not they turn off all scrubbing features and still charge full price without any kind of disclaimer. A class action lawsuit may be in order. You would think they would be more accommodating to off road style vehicles since they are directly across from total auto pros (a business dedicated to off road upgrades) and one the closest car washes to all the major dealerships on camelback. If you have a roof rack like this or similar get the cheapest wash here for a "quick fix", otherwise go to Super Star car wash on 7th st and Rose lane. I still need another car wash and I personally won't be returning here ever. read more
