Well, on my referral, my neighbors house needed a service call. A leak in the water main line from the street to the house. But the shut off valve at the branch line from the property line failed due to age. The HOA had to replace that by a contract arrangement. Then his line that leaked in the front yard could be sourced and a full repair done. A lot of steps. A pic of the new install attached.
