UPDATE: 60 seconds after I posted this review, Steven contacted me via text to say something similar to what he posted below. I texted him back that I had emailed him June 1 and 3 in troonse to his proposal and texted a follow up the next week and he never responded to any of my 3 attempts. By texting me after I left the review, he demonstrated that he had my number, so I suggested he look back at the text chain and he admitted that he had failed to respond to my multiple attempts in June. He did try to make it right with me after I left him this review, but since he clearly had received my text messages in June, his response below is only a half truth. He failed to acknowledge that I did in fact respond multiple times to his proposal and he was too busy to respond to me. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Steven came out to give me a quote for a new hvac system. Literally called his supplier from my garage to confirm the unit I needed was available. Sent me the quote on the spot. He did not respond to my email follow up so I texted him...we talked and narrowed the install date to the following week. And then I never heard from him again...multiple emails and texts and he simply never responded.
