Honetsly if i could give a half star i would and that would be WITH GRATITUDE. I'm so annoyed with the way my concerns got handled. I called two times first and the two people were so unhelpful and sounded like they were on drugs. Literally sounded clueless and weren't helpful, and didn't explain anything to me or tell me how to do what they were telling me to do like i somehow have grown superpowers where i can see exactly what they're mind is thinking. They tell me to cal apple support, so i do, and luckily she actually sounded like she knew what she was talking about and she was even lost on wtf commerce was talking abt and ended up telling me it has nothing to do with them and that commerce is a third party. SO I CALL COMMERCE AGAIN! LIKE THEY TOLD ME TO. AGAIN NO HELP AND THE LADY MADE ME SOUND LIKE I WAS DUMB WHEN I HAD TO EXPLAIN FOR THE THIRD TIME MY ISSUE. all of the customer service i received was horrible i mean one literally told me she doesn't know what to do. AND NOT TO MENTION MY FRIEND GOT 1000 STOLEN FROM HER CARD AND THEY DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHINF ABOUT IT! AND GUESS WHO PAYED IT OFF. DID U GUESS? HER.?!?! LIKE???
