Sticking with the one star. A little over 2 years later I had a friend who knew what might be wrong look behind the glove box and wouldn't you know.. there's an ENTIRE piece missing! The piece that controls ac and heat. The big white plastic piece you see in the one photo is the same make and model, the one missing that very important item is mine.
