CompAndSave.com sold me a set of aftermarket Brother LC401 ink cartridges. They were not recognized by the printer at all rendering it useless. They did allow me to return the cartridges but would not refund the shipping charges. DO NOT BUY FROM CompAndSave.com. P.S.: Andrew Y. never contacted me.
