Very inconsiderate with communication and close and lock their doors at random times throughout the week. They will hang a "be back soon" window sign and be gone well after the indicated time. I'm pretty sure the guy that manages that place sleeps in the back until people come pounding on the door or call five times back to back to wake him up. Don't even try reaching them on the phone. You will get their corporate customer service nearly every time. Unreasonably over priced units considering they are not air-conditioned and there is no maintenance from what I can speculate to keeping rodents or pests out of your unit. They force an insurance policy on you to pay every month which is very minimal coverage, and if you get a first month free offer, they charge you for initial fees which basically offset the cost anyways. My particular unit was constantly being invaded by mud-dobbers. And I had constant anxiety about them infesting my toolbox which is valued more than most vehicles. read more
