There's a cool new art space in Long Beach. Everyone here is friendly and welcoming. You can sit in the courtyard and order some drinks and snacks. They will expand soon with indoor dining. Tidepool exhibit by Glenn Kaino was interesting. It's an interactive exhibit where you will see cloud chambers (created in partnership with NASA designers), a wishing well, and there's a sound component. Step into the darkness and make a wish. My favorite was the wishing well that featured a sculptural tank filled with bioluminescent dinoflagellates. Magical experience.
