The best service that I have received in a long time. I had an ongoing issue with my laptop, so I called them and was able to come in the same day, the owner assured me that he would give me a free quote and diagnostics and I could proceed to do whatever I needed. It is very rare for a small business to offer free services because a lot of them do it with a catch. Over here there was NO catch! They just wanted me to know all of my repair options and even if I didn't get any service by them there would have been no charge. Regardless, since they are a small business they earned the support. They are honest, thorough, and reliable. I am thankful for them being my laptop back to life after being completely dead for 10 months. They were so kind and so patient with all of my questions and they explained everything as best as they could. End result? My laptop works again, my data is no longer lost, and I am happy i didn't have to spend a large amount of money to fix it. I saved more money than I was expecting. read more
