Congee village has been my goto for the not so hectic dimsum place. I like it that it's not overcrowding, you can sit comfortably.
For a dimsum restaurant, they don't open until 10:30 and if you want congee of noodle dishes, they aren't available until 11am. I don't understand why people have to wait until 11.
For the most part, their food is solid, doesn't really stand out. I do like they're made to order steam rice rolls, the cilantro is my favorite.
I think their portions are pretty decent and service is good. read more
