Slum lord Sam Moriconi!! Wish I could post pics to show how true the title is. I not only worked for this crook but I rented from him as well... So many of his "properties" have serious problems such as serious roof leaks, black mold, broken ductwork, exposed wiring, abandoned rentals with homeless occupying them and more. Most of his employees that he has are drug addicts that use all types of drugs openly on the job (these are the people who enter rented properties to do "repairs") Sam Marconi is contributing to the downfall of the communities of Springfield IL. read more
