Coming From a former firefighter of the Atascocita/ Humble Area Bad Customer experience, Purchased a New TV yesterday after item was reboxed basically porter let TV Slide out of hands by accident , didn't think much of it because it was a box warped with foam , TV Load to Vehicle- Basically get home unboxTV Set Rt Corner of TV Cracked - store states they reviewed video can't see what happened - after being Denied replacement - Conn's employee stands TV on side standing Vertical to retape TV from bottom of box drops TV on second visit and states because it was cracked at the Rt corner - that they can't do anything about the New Lines in the center of the TV now -- worst part the same employee dropped TV the first 9/23/18 Second time 9/24/18- Note after several attempts to get company to review 2nd drop of the Samsung QLED TV I purchased This Company doesn't want to review 2nd video of employee Jacob The Porter dropping my Television in the front area of the customer service desk at main entrance---9/24/18 exchange attempted -- Conns Humble TX stated that they will only go based of the 1st video from day of purchase 9/23/ 18.
