I have been 11 months dealing with this company. They are very unreliable and do terrible work. Tree fell on my house September 10,2022. As of today( 7/26/23) they were still attempting to get the work done. Areas needing repair included kitchen, dining area, roof, floor, deck and chainlink fence and 1-2 of an exterior wall. The exterior wall had to be removed and done twice in order to get it acceptable. They bricked all the way to the roof line and did not install a vent and gable. House was built in 1962. said they wouldn't be able to do vent and gable because the gable's weren't made anymore. Well after telling them what to do and where to go to get what was needed it got done. Not perfect but acceptable. The kitchen sink base cabinet was set 6" off center and instead of cutting the holes in the bottom of the sink the knocked the back of the cabinet off and cut oblong holes and slid the base to the wall around the water lines. So now there's no back on the bottom sink cabinet. Had to tell them how to reverse cabinet doors to get them to swing the right way. The deck was 2" lower than the cement landing coming from the door which is a safety issue. They finally redid it but it's still not right and still has safety Issues. The fence is foot off making the fence line off and uneven and the actual chain link is above the post it's attached to which is not right. There's other issues but these were the worst ones.
