We hired this contractor to add on (extend) our existing house in Yorba Linda. We worked closely with Kam from the design phase, through the city approval process and all the way through completion. We added 905 square feet that was 2 bedrooms and bathrooms and 2 story onto the front of our house. They completed the job in 4 months from when we received full city approval. He gave us a 6 month expectation and finished in 4! We added on primarily to build a mother in law suite on the first floor and then also added a bedroom and bathroom upstairs as well. The quality of the work completed was exceptional. The communication was constant.
