We received the pictured coupon in our Ferrallgas bill. My husband scanned to find a Rhino Retailer as instructed on the coupon. Your location came up, so he took it there. The very rude woman that was called up front said that since it was a manufacturer coupon that they did not have to take it. My husband had some questions for her & she completely ignored him.
