The first measurement by the installer was a bit short width-wise so when I mentioned it to Nick, he came out the next day and saw the problem. He insisted on making it right by re-ordering the carpet, had it re-measured and re-installed - at no additional cost to me. He also was able to get a front door runner made from one of the remnants.
