I called at 11:00am on a Friday and requested a quote for my double pane window to be replaced. The vendor showed up on time, but wearing a pool service wind breaker. I asked why he was wearing that and he responded "it keeps me warm". The vendor was a younger guy who couldn't answer any window repair questions and asked me to call the office. This is a google reviewed company and this seemed very strange. So I called the office and they explained the process and said we can fix it Monday, so I paid the deposit and was "scheduled" for Monday. Now Monday comes and an installer has to come and get measurements because the first guy didn't do it correctly. So I have to call again to see if they will be able to repair my window on the same day, they said yes. At this point they don't answer the phone and finally call me back 3 hours laters. They say the installer will be there in 15 minutes, 2 hours later and 6:00pm he shows up. Repairs my window in 30 minutes and leaves broken glass all over my front yard. Longer story long, stay away from this company, poor communication, poor training with employees and bad customer service. If I didn't see the glass, my kids could have gotten seriously hurt.
