The Corner Bakery offers a nice breakfast menu without offering an overwhelming menu of options. The pros: Perfect portion size. Quick service. Good coffee. The cons: The food was good, slightly under-seasoned. The staff was not very pleasant. I ordered the Chicken Sausage, Egg & Cheddar Breakfast Wrap and swapped in egg whites. The wrap had a lot of eggs in it, which I appreciated. It came with a side of salsa that had good flavor. The ingredients were slightly under-seasoned but came to life with a little salt and pepper. If the staff were friendlier I would have considered bumping this up to 4 stars. read more
