This is a busy artesian well right next to the beach and playground. I love how it's located in a covered structure. Originally a drinking fountain built in the 1960's on the Cornucopia beach, this is now a constantly flowing source of water, great for drinking. It's pretty refreshing on a hot summer day. The temperature isn't cool enough to give you a brain freeze. It's perfect for quaffing. I didn't taste any off flavors. Parking is pretty easy as many people are coming and going (no one really lingers to hang out) and there's ample parking nearby for the playground, picnic shelters, and the beach. Check out the nearby stores (The Fish Shed restaurant, Hestekin Pottery, Wren Art) while you're at it. The Fish Shed actually gets their drinking water from the well!
