Good service but disappointing breakfast @ Crackin' & Stackin' in Eagle Point, OR. This breakfast & brunch restaurant was clean and nicely decorated with colorful themed food art. I was promptly greeted, invited to pick out my own spot, and I happily agreed to do so. I enjoyed the great view of the well-manicured landscape from my booth. My server, Amber, was punctual and friendly throughout my time here. Unfortunately, my meal was not that great, so I do not plan on returning. The coffee was bitter. While I did enjoy the sliced avocado on top of my veggie omelet, the only fresh veggie was the spinach, (besides the green peppers & onions that were also with the home fries). I like cheese, but waaay too much on the omelet. The sourdough toast was somehow burnt and under toasted at the same time... I know this establishment promotes the more sweeter side of breakfast, but IMO, healthier options should be just as fresh and delicious if it's on the menu!
