I finally was able to check out the 'mother ship'. I've been a steady customer of the Beaverton location from it's original location, going back 20 years and was happy when the new Beaverton location opened much closer to my house. I have utilized the Beaverton location for all my framing, custom and non for decades. WOW - this store is so much larger than the one by me and has way more inventory so I am jealous for all my friends who live close by. I now know though that it is worth the drive or that I should drop in here. The name of the store IS Craft Warehouse but I actually rarely buy craft supplies. I happened to be nearby to see a movie and I have been needing to get four different frames for new art. I love wandering through a craft store though. Sometimes I find stuff (who am I kidding...usually I find A LOT of stuff) and sometimes I find ideas. I will say that the Craft Warehouse in Beaverton does seem to have a lot more creative ideas throughout done by employees with the different things they have for sale which I always find super inspiring. I have purchased so many things for home décor here. I have cats so having real indoor plants is rather challenging. Fake succulents are great and Craft Warehouse has some of the best ones at great prices. They have a lot of things I have not found at other craft stores. read more
