Unfortunately, our experience at the CRAFThouse left a lot to be desired. Despite the restaurant only having a few occupied tables, it took an unreasonably long time for anyone to even acknowledge our presence.
We ordered water, a round of drinks, and an appetizer. The blue raspberry margarita was undrinkable -- it tasted overwhelmingly like rubbing alcohol with no hint of flavor, and we ended up sending it back. For the appetizer, we tried the fried mac and cheese, which tasted like it had been pulled straight from the freezer and deep-fried. It lacked seasoning, texture, and overall appeal.
As for the chicken quesadilla, it was edible but bland -- definitely nothing to write home about. By the time we left, we were all joking (half-seriously) about whether we'd end up with food poisoning.
