I have been going to Crawford-Smith since moving to Greenville in 1999. Even when I moved to Sulphur Springs, I still would travel back to them when I needed to buy tires. The last time I went, about a month or two ago, they scratched my rims up so bad & didn't bother telling me when it was done. They have new people & don't take responsibility, even verbally! Sad because I really liked the small business but if they keep this up, more people will continue to not do business there. read more
