Since they are my local computer shop and repair centre, I have used Creative frequently, and find their services can be variable. They do have a good reputation, and the actual repair department are very impressive, as are the sales team. I am not always entirely delighted with the quality of online support, though: they can be slow to reply, and it is always better to go into the shop. Their lower end computers are not that impressive: my laptop was cheap, but has never been quite as fast as my old desk top, even though it has more power. On the other hand, my desktop is still going strong after three years, and they are a good place for additional hardware. I'd certainly recommend them if you are close enough to make a trip back to get things sorted out, but I am not sure that I'd use them over the Internet. read more
