RUSANNE! I have been looking for you for months! My hair was in need of an extreme overhaul! I had been traveling and out of the country when my previous salon called to inform me on my answering machine that my appointment with Rusanne was now with another hair stylist. I was frustrated because I received the BEST HAIRCUT I have ever had when Rusanne cut my hair last time. Disappointed I just went without a hair cut for 6 months. Then, walking down the streets of Wake Forest, I found her! A sign in the windows at Creative Shears, that Rusanne was here! The hubs and I went in and made an appointment for my long overdue hair cut. Since he was in need of a new stylist himself he plopped down that moment and let Mario work his magic. Hubs was in love with the expert hair cut he got from Mario, and especially loved the straight razor on the neck! Excellent work, and great customer service! A week later I was back for my appointment this morning with Rusanne. I arrived early and she was ready to assist me with my overgrown chia pet of a hairdo! She sat me down and we discussed what needed to be done. Again, I let her go to work - just letting her know I was looking for layers. She got me shampooed up and then went to work clipping and cutting to create a masterpiece! I am in love with the new do!
