The classes that creativeLIVE (a branch of Creative Techs) teach are fantastic. You can watch them, and stop them to take notes, and rewatch them again. A great way to learn. So cool. The Creative Techs side is if your computer is sick, they'll send someone to do Rx. I've just not had to use them for that (knock on wood), so I can't say for sure how it goes.
