Never been to Credo Coffee before but have passed by it many, many times. It's located next door to Prairie Noodle House. The location is interesting as you have to walk downstairs to get in. They have two locations downtown (104 Street and in the Enbridge Centre).
We dropped in on a Friday afternoon (around 3:00pm). The inside is spacious with an interesting mix of seating. Very industrial, chic decor. We sat in the area with the office lounge chairs. Seems like a good spot to get some work done.
- Chai latte ($4.75) - coffee art is on point but flavour wise, we were unimpressed. Not much chai tones. Wouldn't get it again.
- Hot chocolate ($4.75) - M is pretty particular about her hot chocolates. This one was pretty average in her books. I'd concur with that.
The drinks weren't too impressive but we enjoyed the chill vibes and the space. As one friend always puts it, sometimes it's about the "experience". Personally, I'd rather hit up Chocorrant over Credo if you're in this area. read more
