This is definitely the better of the two local libraries; it's much larger, stocks more books, DVDs and CDs, has a more comprehensive IT suite and also has a fantastic local history department with access to microfiche, maps and photographs. However I don't think the range of books is as extenisive as it could be there is a small selection of every genre but, it's never quite enough and I often find the shelves disappointingly sparse. Although, the children's section is great and very populare, which is important in a community library.
